I once drew a caricature of Top Sproule when I was with H&MS-24 at KMCAS in the early 70s. After every squadron party, we would try to throw Top into the ocean, it usually took about 8 to 12 Marines to dunk the Top, and next would be Gunny Wato(The Infamous Zuni Indian). My hats off to these two very special Marines who left a very professional impression in those who served with them. Semper Fi, Top, wherever this may find you. Vincent (Sgt. KMCAS Test Cells/ 70-73) -Submitted by: Vincent Craig [uduhhuh@yahoo.com] 2008-05-07
