    67 and 68 I was there. See the two French Bunkers to the far left and below. From the point where this picture was taken there. down to the right, were the two 81MM mortar pits. Ask your dad if they were still there when he went back. -Submitted by: Steve Combs [combs.s@tx.rr.com] 2011-08-09

    Must be my Hill 190! I was in India co. 3/1 starting in Feb.1970. Served as a grunt until summer when I was transfered to the 1st. Div. as a Scout/Sniper. During my sniper duties I worked a couple of months with India 3/1 as well as many other Marine units in the 1st. Div. Semper Fi to your father and to you as well.
