Two Bad Actors

Rusty Sachs and Bob Mitchum. Joel Vignere and Rusty Sachs were assigned the duty of picking the famous actor up at Chu Lai and ferrying him around the area to various outposts to entertain the troops. Rusty has gone on in life to become the current president and co-founder of the Ugly Angel Memorial Foundation. He is also a lawyer and chief pilot of a very large, small aviation company. Notice the early, presumably original UA patch. Time is 66 or 67. Photo by Joel.

I served 65-66 in 1/9 and 3/3 and I remember Charleston HESTON VISITING ALSO TO THE FORWARD AREAS, ANY MENTION ON THIS.
