    I was recently notified of the passing of Capt James M. "Jim" Tully, as we knew him. Jim flew many missions as an AO with VMO-2 in 1966. He was very well respected in the squadron and spent many hours looking after the children at the orphanage near MCAS Marble Mountain.

    PFC Clarence A. KIMM died as a result of drowning on 13 MAR 1967. It is believed that he died off of the beach at MMAF in the surf (possibly a riptide). He may have been learning to swim for the first time as it was understood that he desired to be qualified as a crew member on the huey.
