The names of two of our missing from this patrol are Cpl Merlin Allen from Bayfield Wisconsin and HM Michael Judd from Cleveland Ohio. Their remains are now in Hawaii at JPAC headquaters.

Arrangements for the interment are work in progress. The cermonies and burial will be on June 29th in Bayfield Wisconsin. The information is that Merlin Allen will be buried at his Memorial, which was previously constructed, on a small island owned by the Allen family. This island is on Lake Superior a short distance by boat to Bayfield Wisconsin.

The Memorial Service will be on the dock area in Bayfield. Family, Military, and guests will be transported to Sand Island for the interment at his memorial.

Please help us in getting the word out to those you may know who are not on our distribtion list or without computers.

Travel to Bayfield by air is through Duluth MN airport.
