    Just came across this info today. Larry served with HML-167 avionics at MMAF in 69. Had a 30 year career in the Corps. He, Steve Long and I reunited in 2010 at the Marine Museum and later had dinner at the Globe and Laurel. RIP Sir.

    I’m very saddened to learn of Larry’s death. I was in VMO 2 when we shared the shop with 167, and met him there. He was my Avionics Chief at H&MS 24 flight line until he was selected for WO. A good Marine. I had a lot of respect for him.
