  • Passing of George T. Lee HMM-263

Below message was e-mailed to me a couple days ago.

Happy USMC birthday to you and all Marines, Gary.
On a sad note I attended the funeral of George T. Lee, a member of 263 in the early and mid 1960's.
His life was fulfilled by duty to his country through military service and service related organizations.
As a decendant of Robert E. Lee he resided in Powhatan, Virginia.
More information about his life can be found on line in the Richmond Times Dispatch obituaries November 3 and 4 where his photo features him in his USMC uniform.
    S/F and pass the word,
    Joe Kelleher
