    How does on go about finding out the number of air medals they earned while flying with HMM -164 from Jan 68 to Mar 69. Also have single mission that states I was wounded, But never received the citation for the Purple heart .

    I filled out a form on-line and printed a signature page to mail in.
    Got a big envelope of things I had never seen before. Had all records of dates, schools, ratings, copies of citations, letters, etc.
