I need help with obtaining the history of this helo which had been assigned to HMH-463 at Marble Mountain during Oct 1970. Currently the helo is on display at the Pacific Air Museum here in Honolulu. Chief Warrant Officer 2 David S. Westhoff ( Maintenance Control Officer) of HMH-362 back in 2012 the last squadron to which this helo was assigned, told me that the helo had crashed on 10 Oct 1970 in Vietnam and was later put back in service. This doesn't match up with HMH-463's Command Chronology report for that particular date. According to the report we only had 2 53's that crashed in Oct, one on the 26th and the other on the 30th.
